If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 fee.
There is a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes late or more, we will have to reschedule.
All full sets and new client fill will require a deposit of $25.00. This is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
1.) Keep them dry 24-48 hours after application.
Its important to care for your lashes, but the first day or two after your initial process is most important.
Let those lashes set! Avoid steamrooms, getting a facial or showering in this time frame.
2.) No oil based makeup products.
Any kind of makeup or makeup removers with oil in them can break down the adhesive and shorten the life of your lashes!
Waterproof mascaras or eyeliner can also interfere with the life of your lashes.
3.) Avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes.
Rubbing, curling or pulling on your lashes can make them fall out prematurely! Let your lashes do the talking for you!
