If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 fee. There is a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes late or more, we will have to reschedule. All full sets and new client fill will require a deposit of $25.00. This is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

You should come to your appointment with a list of medications, clean lashes, no mascara or eyeliner, after that we take care of the rest!

The extensions are meant to imitate your individual eyelashes. They are dipped in glue and adhered to your own lashes.

1.) Keep them dry 24-48 hours after application. • Its important to care for your lashes, but the first day or two after your initial process is most important. • Let those lashes set! Avoid steamrooms, getting a facial or showering in this time frame. 2.) No oil based makeup products. • Any kind of makeup or makeup removers with oil in them can break down the adhesive and shorten the life of your lashes! • Waterproof mascaras or eyeliner can also interfere with the life of your lashes. 3.) Avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes. • Rubbing, curling or pulling on your lashes can make them fall out prematurely! Let your lashes do the talking for you! • Always remember to brush your gorgeous lashes!

Not at all! One of the biggest myths is that lash extensions ruin your natural lashes. When applied correctly, they are safe and do not cause harm to your lash. Do not pull or rub your extensions because that can cause lashes to fall out or even damage to your natural ones!

Stay away from mascara on your lash extensions. It can begin to break down the glue and shorten the life of your lashes. Any kind of oil based makeup removers or waterproof mascaras can cause your extensions to fall out prematurely. Take extra care around your lashes when removing makeup!

We highly suggest waiting 2-3 weeks. However, due to possible high volume of clients, we suggest booking your follow up visit right away after gettting your set done. Remember, if you come back with little to no lashes, you will be considered a new set!
